Terms of Service

By subscribing to a retainer plan or purchasing a fixed-price package on trsvds.online, you agree to comply with the following operational terms and service conditions.

1. Service Model & Workflows

Services are provided on a productized retainer or fixed-package basis:

• Task Board: Client tasks are queued on a designated shared board (Trello or Notion).
• Active Task Limit: Work is delivered sequentially based on your active plan (Starter = 1 active task; Growth = 1–2 active tasks; Dedicated = parallel execution).
• Turnaround: Average turnaround per standard active task is 24 to 48 business hours.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear instructions and required credentials. Turnaround times begin once prerequisites are supplied.

3. Billing & Pause Feature

Retainers renew every 30 days. You may pause subscription billing when no active tasks remain, saving unused days.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, scripts, and integrations become your exclusive property.

5. Warranties & Limitation

Services are provided with high professional care. Not liable for third-party hosting or CRM downtime.
